unable to activate after purchase
I have my device ID, registration ID, and activation code, but I am unable to find anywhere on your site to enter this information. I purchased ntrack 8 EX and am so far very displeased and I have not even used it yet.
you should activate in the Help -> Activation box. More info in the manual at:
