I composed, arranged, and performed this tune, from my upcoming CD “Music to Dine By” which, along with “Music to Cook By” will be published soon, included with the No Fret Cooking cookbook.

I used Notion (Notion) for synth, bass, French horn, etc. I created wav files from Notion, imported those into n-Track and overdubbed guitar.
