im using the emu 1820m and ntrack wont let me adjust any of the buffer parameters. it defaults to custom and when i change it …crash. it seems that this is all controlled by the aiso control panel (aiso buffer latency) that i can set (in mseconds).
my question is how do i improve performance when there are new features like…
wave devices advanced settings>compensation and
aiso settings> process in drivers thread
aiso settings>restart and resync…
and the plug in total latency give and the bottom of the ntrack screen.
having trouble making sense of it all.

Using ASIO drivers you MUST set them with the drivers control panel.
All that other crap you mentioned I have just left at default settings with my 1820M. Works great.
