What do these mean?
As one of our members knows only too well, I am nothing, if not clueless when it comes to much of this stuff, however, I am getting a couple of error messages when I go to the homepage, and when I access the help section: One reads, “An error exists in this help file. Contact your application vendor for an updated help file (1032).” The other message tells me of an error on the page whenever I log on to the n-track homepage. According to the message, an object did not show up that is expected. I can provide more detail if necessary. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
Are you talking about the home page on the internet, or the home page on the n-track program? If in the n-track program, I would uninstall and reinstall the program.
Thanks, valrecorder, I thought that the addresses were the same, but I’ll check it out. I’ve upgraded the n-track program about 4 times since I purchased it, but one more can’t hurt!
Well valrecorder, the address, http://www.ntrack.com/ , is the same no matter which way I go, and yes, I still get the errors on the page in either case. Thanks for the suggestion.
