Ugh, it could be a lot of things. it could simply be a conflict where the two cards won’t work together. However, you will want to check your Windows hardware settings to be sure it is still recognizing the other card. It is is recognizing the other card, make sure you are using the correct MIDI device as the MIDI mapper might point to somethin gelse now and need to be set to point back to the Roland card. Past that, you are going to be stuck either buying an external sound module and MIDI interface or looking to software solutions such as SoundFonts, VSTis, or some other sample based solution.
