hard drive acting up…
So for the past week, my hard drive has been getting crappier and crappier. I use an extra HD for all my recording stuff… and lately it takes awhile when I save new WAV files in Sound Forge or when I mixdown in N-Track.
And now… I can’t mixdown anything to my hard drive. I have to save the mixdown file on my main C drive for it to work. When it fails… Windows gives me an error saying something about a “Write Delayed”. Anyone know what is wrong?
I never had any problems till now… and it seems to be getting worse…
Try turning off Delayed Writes on this disk from the Device Manager.
