Cooking at medium to low heat; First butter the pan! ![:laugh:](http://ntrack.com/ikfiles/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif) Then lay two peices of bread on the butterd pan. Sprinkle approx 6 slices of pepperoni in the open areas of the pan to saute. Lay a peice of american cheese (or cheese of your taste, best with American) on each piece of bread, and cover the pan with aluminium foil. Cook until cheese has melted and the underside of the bread is golden brown, and the pepperoni is a little tosty. Place the pepperoni on one of the sides, while covering with the other. Mmmmmm! If you have no mother or wifiepoo, your good to go!
