Problems importing N-Track Midi into FL

OK, I need to know if anyone has had a similar situation…

I have generated a midi song in n-track. However, when I go to import it into FL Studio I get nothing in my piano roll. I think n-tack is generating the midi fine because I can play it in winamp.

Any ideas? Are there different formats of midi?

I can export midi files from FL and import it into n-track fine, and import FL midi files back into FL…
