when i record how can is ther a way i can hear my voice n the headphones
Hey beeb,
I think the answer depends on what your set up is. IE mixer, preamps, ect.
If your recording direct into your computer, from the mike, then I’m not shure.
I think there’s a monitoring element to Ntrack, but I don’t want to give you the wrong info., so I digress.
Give us a little more info, on your gear, and someone should be able to help out better than I!
jerm
We need to know a little bit more about your setup.... how you connect your mic to the PC.... What soundcard... mixer? etc
This may not be true to your setup but you should be able to push the live button and here your self.
Litmus
As Litmus says you can use the Live button, but that tends to produce too much latency.
Tell us about your set up!
when i rec 2 n trk i use a creative soundcard exturnal that plug into a usb port
Not identical, I realise, but I use a USB audio capture device that has it’s own output.
As long as I have this set as both recording and playback device, all I have to do is plug my headphones into the unit and hear both what I am recording and the tracks previously recorded.
If your external soundcard has a headphone socket of its own, I would imagine you could use this in the same way.
Cheers,
