I can't record 2 tracks at once

Heh-heh... It ain't like that 7. At least not with any I've ever used. Funny though... :D

There is an article about Jon Hopkins and how he is using a 6 year old laptop with
old cubase and soundforge to contribute material used on Coldplay and others. Don’t
necessarily need latest/greatest to do amazing stuff. Just know the tools you got.
But I got nothing against new and better ways - but since I don’t record multiple inputs anyway, don’t need it yet. I just think that to tell someone they NEED to have
an ‘audio interface’ to do stuff is a tad misleading.
But what the hey. Cheers

I came across this at while surfing -
It’s the registry location of 32 bit midi and wav drivers
that can sometimes get screwed up with updates to drivers.

Wow , I never did see that there were 2 more pages added to this thread. Seven had some good tips as other did. But I ran out and bought me an M-audio 410 firewire for 140$. Now I’m trying to make that work ,just posted a post about the trouble I’m having trying to get that going.
One of these days maybe I’ll get to record again.
Great info readin what you guys post , funny too
