Install 4.1.5 - .net framework maintenenace mode

Installing ver 4.1.5 brings .net maint m

I uninstalled my previous version 4.1 of n-track. Then double clicked the installer for version 4.1.5 (ntrck_swbig.exe) to setup the latest version. Immediately a Microsoft .Net framework 2.0 setup window comes up in maintenance mode with an option to either:

1) Repair Microsoft .net framework 2.0 to its original state.
or
2) Uninstall Microsoft .net framework 2.0 from this computer.

I don’t want to do either option. I want to keep .net framework at its latest updated state. Why is the n-track installer forcing this issue?

Thanks for any help.

Hi Dan:
By now… Any of us here on the Board should have NetFramework installed and we should be “Current” and Up-to-date with microsoft “Updates”…

I am downloading build 2033 as I reply to your post… But I’m not downloading the BIG build of 2033… If you “mouse over” the “Small Build”… you’ll find that you can download the Regular version of build 2033 and not bother repairing or playing around with your current version of NetFramework…

The size of the regular build of 2033 is about 7.55 megs. I’m at 27% of the download now… with my Dial-up and modem…
