Learning the basics
I just purchased ntrack today after working a little with the demo so I am not familiar with it at all.
I have experience with recording to a simple 4 track device (as well as reel and other kinds of tape decks). What I really need is so advice on where to learn the basics and get a good understanding of the terminology. I plan on attend classes in the fall, but would like to get started now.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What about a book on audio engineering?? There’s a few publications that deal specifically with digital audio recording.
Thanks everyone for the excellent suggestions. I have visited several web sites and going to go out looking for a later today.
After a quick read through the manual, things went much better today. I realize I have a lot of territory to cover and your advice has really helped.
Thanks again.
