Losing weight

I used to know this stuff. i sorta OD:ed -figuratively
speaking- on weights
some fiveteen years ago. Never got where I wanted, I.E: a level where I could have considered competition… The next step would have been to start measuring all food, with a scale but the
trainig was already
interfearing with my studies,. when I hit a plateau I had enough. Switched to more traditional fraternety
activities after that, . Got tired of that, too.

The lesson here migjht be not
to overdo things .
The main thing is to eat
healthy,
with several small meals a day,
and exersice,
both cardio and strength training. Depending
on where U at, also eat less than before. Conistency is the key to permanent change, so pick a regime that you don’t get sick of.

Easy…

Eat less…Move more…

.

my solution to weight loss has been…have a stroke that paralyzes your swallowing mechanism then lose 100 pounds and try to maintain so you can avoid having a feeding tube implanted.

Hi Don:

How’s it going ????

Good to see you’re up-and-going…

My Dad, took the stroke way back in the '60’s…
It (the stroke) affected him the same way…
It was so tough to see him as he lived out his days…

I was headed down the same roads until I discovered what I needed to do to improve my habits…

I believe I’m doing my best to keep myself in better health…
I work at it everyday,
some days I am not as good to myself as I should…
However, I have all this energy that I forgot I had…
I don’t know quite what to do with it…
I can’t piss on the car tires…
they’re too fast for me to catch up to…
:)
:p
