BTW, the guitars at the beginning sound like they are laughing, and reminded me of when Shostakovich mocked Stalin with orchestral braying, in…which one was that? His 9th? Hmm…

laughing…yeah, i can see that. stalin should have mocked at every opportunity. that or tortured, whichever fit the mood.
had i been a music major, maybe i would’ve studied shostakovich more. as a minor, it didn’t happen. stuck to the western europe types.
the beginning guitars were an accident. i recorded one, then realized it was a quarter-step out of tune and laid down a tuned track, then decided to keep them both. listening to your new cut right now.
