I have had problems importing MIDI files that were exported from MuseScore. Specifically, triplets would come out incorrect. Recently, I imported a multi-track song and discovered that triplets in the first track were bad, but triplets in other tracks were correct.
So, I tried creating a blank track in MuseScore, making it track number 1. The above problem track became number 2.
After exporting to MIDI, I imported this into n-Track and it worked. Now the triplets are good.
Unfortunately, n-Track freezes after playing the song, preventing any further work and forcing a restart…
If anybody has a solution to that, I’m all ears.
