Let’s say I have a MIDI track and create one bar in the piano roll. I can then go back to the timeline and drag this to multiple parts on that track. This works fine if the piano roll notes fills the whole bar. However, if e.g. the last beat of the bar is silence, then the patterns starts to repeat one beat to early on the second bar, two beats to early on the third bar and so on.
Is there a way to force the repeating part to start at the beginning of the next bar? This seems to work ok when dropping a pattern from n-Track Drums.

the old trick was to add a note with zero velocity (mute note) at the end of the bar to keep things in sync -
