midi sequence problems edirol SD-80

I use n-track for recording and midi sequencing. It’s great. Recently I purchased an Edirol SD-80 sound module. It seems to work fine, but somehow switching banks (controllers 0 MSB and 32 LSB) is not working. Neither via USB midi nor ‘normal’ midi connection. Program changes do work. This means that I cannot use the full capabilities of the edirol.

Any clues?
