16 views and “Goose egg” for comments. I also posted at the reaper forum, 66 views and same thing “Goose egg” for comments. It took me 6 months to produce this years album and I’m wondering now if should just give it all up, Heck no ones listening anyways. I did have one of my songs picked up “Money” added to a Soundclick radio station (that’s a first for me), and the the Song “It’s Friday” is 16th in the charts in classic rock section at Soundclick. A small conciliation I guess. I think that’s it for me, so I’ll just keep it simple and say good bye.

Hello everyone,
I suppose I should apologize to everybody. The lack of comments was heart breaking for me. In the past, there was always a few comments and to my surprise all the comments were good ones. Last year one of my songs called “Bring Us A Round” off my album “Wasted” went top 10 in the category of “Classic Rock” at SoundClick.com. It was went as high as 9th position in the sub category. This was for me a great moment of satisfaction for me. Something I was very proud of.
Today, one of my songs called “It’s Friday” off my new album “Empty Walls” started at 29th spot then went to 16th then to 11th and today sits at #6 in the “Classic Rock” category and to top that, sits at #35 overall at SoundClick.com
I’m very happy and very thrilled at this outcome.

Some background information: I’m 51 years old, A one man band, with the exception of the drums (some of which I do play with a midi controller with drum sticks) all the music is written by my. All guitars/bass/leeds/keyboards, vocals, backup vocals, harmonies are all do by me. I’ve never taken a guitar lesson in my life. Learned the pentatonic scale from an old poster, you know he one with the acoustic guitar standing up with a whole lot of little dots, that sat on my wall for a few years. Just me, 4 guitars and my guitar picks.
Despite the lack of comments, this is great day for me.

“It’s Friday” went to #4 in the charts this morning in the category of “Classic Rock” and also sits at #25 overall in the “Rock” chart. WOW I can’t believe it…

Sorry to hear about the lack of comments, personally I like it!! The kit sounds perfect for the material, not too fat and controlling which is a mistake I always make when mixing anything with distorted guitar. Plenty of space in the mix which I think gives the tracks great definition.
