Okay so i created a drum track on the n-track drums and i set a few places on the piano roll. Then i got tired, saved it, went to bed. The next day i come back and open the file to work on it more, the piano roll placing is still there, but i cant figure out for the life of me how to bring up the steps box again without bringing up a new instrument channel. where is the little devil button? i may have passed it a hundred times. lol.

Open up the master mixer window, if it’s not open already (F3 or from the menu). Look for N-track Drums. If you don’t see it on one of the channels, right click in an empty area of the mixer (but not on a channel) and make sure you’re showing instrument channels. Then right click on n-track drums and select properties.
