MIDI track doesn’t save with song?

MIDI noob here.

Ok, I’ve got the hang of using steps to create drum patterns and the piano roll controller to trigger them. What I can’t seem to figure out is how to save the drums and piano roll controller track that I created.

When I reopen a song file, I find that the drums, patterns and controller track are gone. Which means I have to add the nDrums channel again, open the bank and redo the controller track from scratch. Very frustrating.

I know I’m doing something wrong but what?

That should be saved with the song in the song file. If it’s not then Flavio needs to know.
