The vocals sound so ‘thin’ and ‘over the top’ of the mix if you know what I mean. It’s an otherwise great song, but I can’t make the vocals sit well. Any generic tips or links to a site where I can get help with this?

If you have a way to post a part of your song where people can DL or listen to it, you can put a message in the ‘music’ part of this forum, where folks will listen to it, and offer advice on how to improve the mix. Not all of us participate in this as much as we should (mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa!), but sometimes one response may have just the advice you need to fix your project…
