?New User Account?
After installing the NET FRAMEWORK on the Microsoft Update Page I’ve noticed it installed a New User Account called ASP.
Can someone explain this in simple terms for me? Do I need to keep it? etc???

A The “ASPNET” user account is created in Windows XP by Microsoft .NET Framework. It is an automatic machine account created to limit access rights of .NET applications.
Do not delete this account.
Thanks for the info. Just wish Microsoft would tell us when they change/add something so it’s not a surprise!
