So, who won the game?

Funny coincidence but I was in Fort Wayne today; posting now from a hotel room in Indy.

Hi Gents:
The CBC carried three games on Saturday night. Don MacLean and Grapes did their first period intermission show from Calgary… on the Games. I wanted to see the Leafs/Redwing game… I had full intention of seeing the whole game… Something happened somewhere along the first period… I woke myself up when I shook the rock structure along the Bluenose coast, from a huge snore…

I missed Grapes and Don’s Show…

The bit of the game I saw looked like the Wings out skated the Leafs everywhere on the ice… I thought about You-and-Your… Wings, when I discovered they walked away with the win…

That is a tough story to hear about Bob Gainey’s Daughter… down in the Bermuda Triangle… You know… they didn’t release her name until sometime Sunday, at least around here… Just Too… Bad…

Back on the Hockey front… The Junior “Q” League is talking big things about another Junior player from these parts again… I missed his name… But I hear the Oilers are looking at him… He has scored some 55 points in 33 games…

Junior Hockey is doing very well for it’s self around here… The fan support is huge… and the hockey quality is just as big… However, our Halifax Mooseheads are just awful on the ice… I think they are saving themselves for the Play-offs… We’ll see… :O ???

Bill…

[EDIT]
I’m loading that YouTube Clip… But with a modem-and-dialup you know I’m not gonna see it for some time, or till when it buffers…

Fort Wayne beat Elmira, 5-3

Robbie Nichols got off light.
