Hey all,
I have installed the software, and finally figured out how to get sound out of my bass. Here is my problem.
I can play my bass thru the computer fine, but when I am in N-track, the vu meters don’t ever move and when I hit record, it doesn’t record anything. I can still here the sound thru the speakers but nothing in n-track works. What am I doing wrong.

Probably you need to check out the RECORDING mixer for your soundcard.
Double click the speaker icon in the system tray…
Options–>Properties. Select Recording. This shows all the recording sources for your system. Select LINE-IN or MIC-IN (or whatever) depending on what you’ve got your bass plugged into.
(Note: whole new subject but your should be using LINE-IN)
