tracks drift apart on playback

Guys,

This post is from joe. I received a PM from him that reads in part:

"I'm currently trying the evaluation of n-track. When I record two or more tracks and play them back they drift apart as the song plays. The longer the song, the more lag. I have a 1.6 gig processor and 1 gig of ram. My sound card is an audigy SE. Please tell me if you can, any settings I can make to correct this problem. I'd also like to know what if anything, is missing from the evaluation version.. If you can't answer these questions, can you send this to everyone on the bulletin board? Just in case it would help you to know this, I'm totally blind and use a screen reader called Jaws with my computer. I use keyboard shortcuts and not the mouse to operate the program. I won't buy it until I'm sure I can fix this problem.
Thanks in advance. Sincerely musicman, Joe."

I wrote back to tell him that since I'm using a previous version of n-Track he'd be better off to post the question to the forum which, I gather, he is trying to do but is having trouble doing so.

I'm highjacking this thread to re-post joe's question and try to get him some help. Please.

So I’m confused. Am I supposed to ignore you or not?

Anyway, I’ve replied in Joe’s other thread.
