Good fun, Tom. Are you the 6stringer. I was in that sort of set-up in the 80s - good times for power-pop. The post punk era realy felt as though the doors were wide open.

87 ish.

Tony, how come you are left-handed in one of those pictures?

Gimme me a clue? ???

Ah! From old celluloid. Neg’ flip. Maybe?

Old photos sure exercises the memory muscles…

My Mom…
God love her…
She’d cut all the adds that were in the papers advertising where we’d be playing and all…
She saved a huge mailer with all that stuff in it…
Before she went, she gave me the mailer with all the clippings… It went back to the early '60’s…
I couldn’t believe what she saved…
The memories ????

???
:)
:p
Nah…

I put the mailer somewhere I wouldn’t forget where I put it…
:p

Bill…

Did it out you old dog and show us some. It’ll be in a box next to your cable box

I’m looking for a 1/2" full track reel of tape, The CBC opened a new TV News Studio way back when, in Halifax…
I’d have to say it was '69 or '70…
They needed to test their audio loops and patch bays…
Three of us went in there one evening and did three Chet Atkins Covers…
of the day…
Just instrumentals…
No vocals…
Two guitars, and me…
 I think it took us 12 minutes…
However, I am unable to find the tape…
????
anywhere, in my collection, of tapes… :heart-break: One of the guitar players is not with us, anymore…
It’s so sad…
