Says who?

My parent/s;-)

I don’t know the original, but that’s a nice tune.

They are/were called ‘Middle Of The Road’. Scottish, very lightweight, Sticky-Pink, easy-on-the…, Learning to play the piano part, as simple as it is, was quite a buzz for me - I ain’t no pianoman.
T’was one o’ me sister’s fav’s - gonna give it her for her birfdee.

WARNING! Do Not Play - It’s An Earworm!

Yes, it is.

my goodness i used to hate this lot i think my mum had there greatest hits i never ever ever want to hear chirpy cheep cheep again!!
but this was realy good tony… i do like your vocal & the way its been treated…& your stuff always seems to have its own distintcive sound
sounded like the glitter band doing the drums & guitar

Ha, ha, I remember this. And Chirpy chirpy cheep cheep of course.

I like the production on this. Glitter band on drums, EVH on guitar  Vocals are really good. Lots of musical ideas to keep the interest going.

Man this tune gets in yer brain.

I’m sure your sister is gonna love this. (I wrote and recorded a tune for my wife for her birthday a few years ago. Something personal for them, isn’t it?).

Only comment I would make about it - sonically speaking - it that it sounds a little over compressed perhaps. But maybe that was the sound you were going for. Or maybe it’s just what I’m listening on.

Nice job…

Tony…that’s just awesome. So far from ‘Middle Of The Road’ it’s not even on the sidewalk :) Didn’t want to listen when I saw the title but this is a great ride :agree: :agree:

Cheers Willy, eveyone, too kind.
Recording music is the best hobby in the world, closely followed by power-kiting.

U know…I wouldn’t have naturally assumed power kiting as the second

Willy. You need a Flexifoil Super 10 in your life - seriously.

Is that similar to a Black Ribbed Super 10 Knobbler

Just looked at it on Google. I fear I would need 2 of them to lift me :)

I need a pair of red mittens and a pair of green socks to go with them…
:)

Is the first day of spring on the 22 or the 23rd. ????

Great stuff…
right to the end…
:agree:

Bill…

My computer screen was dimmed, I thought you wrote “power-knitting.”

Trust me, one o' them babies can lift a small car.
That said, Google Flexifoil stacks - I've been on the end of a stack of three - serious fun.

Get one. And you Tom - it'll put you off your knitting.

I, actually, love kites. My dad used to be a rep for a kite company. But I never had anything like that. Coolest one I ever had was a tetrahedral kite. Big. 16 tetrahedrons. We also had a lot of dragon kites, things like that. But now I want a power kite. I can’t get my kids into it, but that would do it!

BTW, one of my projects is to turn my daughter’s old wheelchair into a land sailer. Dunno if I can do it.

Cool. My dad gave me the bug by making kites for me.
Get your kids a $30 Radsail 145 - screws up and fits in your pocket - but will pull your arms out in a Good wind.
Would that be an 'legs alternative' wheelchair or a childs buggie?
I've been trying to build a set of wheels for my wifes chair to enable her to hit the beach - swapping the tyres for 4" checker-plate rims.
But I'd love to get her one of these
