it's actually what is called an embedded hyperlink directly to the keystrokes part of the manual,
I don't know what the manual pages print settings are tho, the only way I can think of doing it is to copy/paste that part into a doc. file and print that.
HEy, look at it this way at least you have the whole manual in print should he ever need to look up something offline!
