Encountering tiny interuptions
Having trouble recording clean tracks because their are tiny half seconds music drop offs and the sound gets cut out of the track for that time. When I’m just playing through my audio interface I don’t hear them, it is only when i’m working through ntrack.
I messed around with latency but all that does is make some pops come and go, but I don’t have this.
.5 sec intrupt, everything goes dead, then when the beat reappears I’m lost because my timing is off.
When I play it back it sounds like I got interupted.
I’ve reinstated my sound card drivers but still have the problem.

Are you using the Tascam Asio drivers. They should be rock solid.

I loaded the drivers that came with the disk. Not sure if that is the type.

Kishtar - Go to Audio Devices and match drivers for in and out - left right with same drivers. Try asio 122 first.
I reinstated my video drivers and now I don’t have the problem. When I reinstalled windows after having some other problems my video drivers had gotten removed.
