I’ve been an occasional user of nTrack for several years now. I currently still use 4.2.1 16-bit version, and it suits me just fine. However, I just bought a Delta 44, and now I’m starting to get the annoying tones that are inserted when using an unregistered version. If I don’t care about 24-bit recording, is there any way to force it to stay in 16-bit mode and get rid of the demo tones? Or am I forced to pay for 24-bit support?
If I do have to pay for 24-bit support, can I do so and remain at my current release level or do I have to get the latest version? It’s not that I have anything against the latest version. It’s just that my PC is not the newest thing in the world, and I don’t want to install something that’s going to consume a lot more system resources right out of the gate.
