instructions?

I am looking for a download of a file for used instructions, or a tutorial, or something to help me learn the basic functions of n-Track. Does anyone know if one is available, or where it is? I’ve scanned the site but haven’t seen it. I bet it’s someplace obvious. duh.

Hasn’t been updated in quite a while, though… I’m not sure how much that matters, though, since I’ve rarely looked at it, myself.
