In a song of around 20 trks, I’m trying to figure a way to to use the amplitude of one voc trk to automatically envelope that of another instrument trk. I’ve tried grouping them with various comps without much luck and I’m not quite hacking the sound I’m after with drawn volulopes.

Hi there, I am also in a similar situation! It has been some time since I have been working on a way to use the one voc trk amplitude so as to envelope another trk instrument automatically. However, the song I have taken seems to be around 22 trks. But that doesn't make much of a difference, I guess. LOL! I have tried sidechain but that isn't working in my way. If you happen to find out any other way, please do post it here!
