What features does turning on Net yeild?

I am running build 2347 without the NET checked to use. Workd great, but what if anything does turning on the NET add to the program?
Are the NET features useful?
Does using NET cause you any trouble?

One thing I recall is the Navigator requires .NET. I’m not sure what else… ?

I have not wrung out V6 good enough yet with or without .NET enabled to really say if it causes problems. My gut says if you don’t need any of the .NET fluff, keep it turned OFF. Save a few resources…

Only other thing I know of is coverting a .wav to .mp3.
