UNLIMITED STUDIO TIME
They have zero business and apparently an attention disorder?
I use to sell my studio time in Tennessee for 500 a day - 12 hour day during slow times, no engineer though. It’s not that unusual - you’d think they’d know how to spell Irving though.

I’d say $500 is pretty good for a whole month, even if there is no engineer.
I wonder how they handle double bookings. “…we didn’t say it would be just you and your band in there…gotta share the space, partner…”

Yep unlimited is impossible unless they are expecting just one client!!!
