Where is Mr. Antonioni?

I have sent him private messages in this forum, through support@ntrack.com and I have no answer. In the meantime I am stuck with no upgrade codes…bummer.

Is there any other way to contact him?

I've found your emails in my spam folder, sorry.
Your upgrade to v6.x order wasn't processed automatically because the email you used for the upgrade didn't match the email you used when you purchased version 5.x
I've now manually processed the order, you should have already received an email with the registration codes for n-Track 6.x and n-Track for Mac 1.x.

It should automatically pick up the system language.
You can set the language manually in the bottom part of the Settings -> preferences -> recording settings box.
