Well it looks as if it’s been fixed now.

It does look like some hacker was able to find a way to alter the editable profile settings of all users.
I’ve reset the affected account info fields to blanks (real name, signature, city, gender).
This is a much lighter hacker attack than the one the website suffered in 2004 where they planted gay porn (sigh!) images right on the main page of the site forcing a reinstall of the whole server.
If anyone notices other weird things happening on the forum please feel free to contact me at info@ntrack.com

Someone changed EVERYONES signature here to a realistate link...I think it was the same person who's been spamming me all those enlargement and Viagra pharmacy links with flavio sounding names. Lol right j?

Say bill your getting up there a little too tried any Viagra yet? lol might give a whole new meaning to the phrase '34 hr restart!

I think the question should be, what should be done? I think the authorities should be called, the hackers location determined and then prosecuted to the full extent of the law and THEN, an ice pick to a certain location on the body and then another ice pick to another location followed by 2 meat hooks placed gently and humanly in each nostril and strung up in a dark room. Then strapped to the chest a strobe light, in which a case of killer bee’s located just beneath our friend is let loose to ravage the hacker. But most importantly, a laptop with n-track enabled playing in a loop of the theme song to Sesame Street played back through a set of Sennheiser HD 650 Open Circumaural Hi-Fi/Professional Stereo Headphones at 109db, once for every profile hacked. The outcome would be this hacker would never speak correctly again, would walk funny, look funny and most of all would never be able to enjoy listening to another song ever because the theme song to Sesame Street will be ingrained so hard into the hackers head it would never leave. Oh… and the hacker might give up hacking, can’t forget that. Gosh I love physiological engineering…tune the screw.

Ronnie, the guy who maintains the page I have tells me to stay away from all those Porn Sites…

What I really need to do, someday is, to update that page to make it current… ????

I would suggest, if our spammer was identified, we might put him in leg irons and orange suit and put him to work picking up trash along our highways…

Back in the 90's I tried an email address collecter.
It would scan forums for members email address's and collect them for mass mailing campaigns...It's possible they got our address's that way.
Don't think u could connect hacking to that.
I suppose the mass mailer could have noticed easy picking at nTrack by checking here out of curiosity

The reference to a massmailer was in response to bill and I getting spam from some guy using names like flavaroonie etc. Not about the recent hacking here. But they might be related, ya never know.
