It seems that no matter what i attempt to do it remains at 0%
I’ve attempted to reinstall and remove the app’s cache and data. But unfortunately it is to no avail. I’d appreciate some assistance with this ![]()
Hi,
we fixed an issue with a server, could you please try if you’re now able to download the soundpacks?
Flavio.
Hey! Thank you kindly for responding Flavio.
I seem to still face the same issue, i am unsure what’s causing it.
i am certain it is not a storage issue as i have around 100gbs free.
best regards,
Paper.
I’d like to inquire if there’s an official source in which i could manually download the packs perhaps? that would be amazing ![]()
We are not able to reproduce the issue, does it happen even with very small packs, e.g. midi ones, such as Chords and progressions?
Please try rebooting (or shutting down and restarting) your device. Also please try downloading using a different connection, i.e. if you’re using wifi try downloading a pack using the mobile connection instead (deactivating the device’s wifi) or vice-versa.
Can you connect to ntrack.com via the device’s web browser (e.g. chrome)? If you tap on the questionmark button on the bottom right of n-Track and select User guide, does that open correctly?
Flavio.
Salutations one last time! I’ve tried all of these solutions before but to no avail. The userguide works very well from what I’ve tested.
But outta nowhere the packs are downloading very normally, i am unsure what caused the issue to resolve i must say but i am not complaining.
Thank you a ton for your time Flavio!
bestest of wishes :>
