Changing output changes pitch??

Hello- sometimes when I switch my audio output, say between Bluetooth devices or built-in speakers, I’ll get an alert about sample frequency, and when I reload my project everything is pitched up. What is going on and how can I avoid this? Thanks!

Hi Jason,

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. I’ve tested switching between devices that support different sampling frequencies, when reload the projects I get the message asking if I want to set the sampling frequency to the one that was used when the song was saved, but then the audio play at the correct speed/pitch. I assume with either the Bluetooth device or the builtin speaker the sampling frequency is set at 44100 Hz, while otherwise it’s at 48000 Hz? Are you using AAudio or OpenSLES audio drivers? How do you exactly switch between the devices? If you can reproduce this behavior, please send a short video showing what happens to support@ntrack.com.

Thanks.

Flavio.
