Is there plans for DAW project import and export for ios version?
Another DAW app updated with this recently and its actually super useful. I have some desktop projects that I created in cubase and also bitwig that I would really like to work on within ios Ntrack ![]()
I guess not then:)

David,
we have yet to evaluate how much development implementing this will take, then we’ll consider it for one of the next updates.
Flavio.
Hi Flavio,
Thank you for the reply, it would be the cherry on this cake to have such functionality ![]()
David,
the latest iOS and Android updates as well as v10.2.2 for Windows, Mac and Linux support DawProject import and export.
Flavio.
Flavio,
Which iOS version has the DAW import functionality and how do I use this function?
Thank you ![]()
David,
DawProject import is included in all editions, including the Free, and DawProject export requires a purchased edition, i.e. Standard, Extended or Suite subscription or the Pro one-time purchase.
You can import a dawproject file tapping on the folder icon in the top of the song browser, or by browsing to the file in the Files app, long press on it, select Share and select n-Track as the app to share the file with.
Flavio.
Thank you Flavio but for me its not possible?
Is my version correct:
Import of a DAW project is greyed out and not selectable?
I have the one time purchase pro version. It also does not show itself in the long press and send to process described. I did install the free version to check this and that version does however allow the long press import but it didnt like my cubasis DAW file?
I think the one time payment pro version needs an update?
David
I’ve checked and the Pro version is indeed still pending review from the app store, it should be available within a couple of days. The version that has the Dawproject support will be 10.4.x.
As for the dawproject file not working in the free version of n-Track, what happens exactly? If possible please send the file to support@ntrack.com so we can try to reproduce the issue.
Flavio.
Thank you,
Yes I see the update today ![]()
Some issue with importing Cubase14 DAW project? IOS cubasis worked fine so maybe its an ntrack issue or export from Cubase issue?
It appears this is a bug when loading a .dawproject file selecing ‘Share’ or ‘Open in’ from another app. We’ll fix this in the next update. It should work if you tap the home button in the lower right to open the Song Browser, then select the folder icon on the top right, select “Files”, then browse to the dawproject file location and open the file.
Please let me know if this works for you.
Flavio.
No that also does not work.
Thank you.
I wasn’t able to reproduce this, dawproject files imported when I select them in the Files app from inside n-Track. Please send a short video showing what’s happening on your device and also if possible the specific dawproject file that’s showing the issue to support@ntrack.com so that we can try to reproduce.
Thanks,
Flavio.
Flavio i sent video in an email.
Flavio thank you all working now here for me.
