You might try setting up the track list and naming them in a Ntrack before you do any recording. Save the new .sng file before you do any recording. Then save the file under a name to identiry it as a template. Then do a File > Save As for the song/.sng file under a new name (that will also name the tracks the title you give the song)then record - When you want the template file again, open the blank file and repeat - Ought to do it.
