dvs sax

not bad:-)

Hi TonyR:

What a great link…
It opened to a whole myriad of other links of VSTi’s…
Samples of just about any instrument you can name…
I wish I could play around with VSTi’s and samples… I downloaded Sax Samples Bass Samples Drum Samples Acoustic Guitar Samples
and a couple of other instruments… I think there’s a Harp Set of Samples on one of the links…
I’ll see what they sound like and if I can get them to play with a player…
Maybe, someday I will understand just what’s there…
We’ll see…

Bill…

Hi Bill. Just stick 'em in your n-T vst folder and pop 'em up like you would an effect. Fun fun fun:-)

Thanks for the reply TonyR…
I see you here…

I think I have to connect my Roland D-5 Keyboard to the m-Audio 192 MIDI IN-and-OUT…
Correct me…
Anyway, I then create a MIDI Track and then play my head off
:)

Is that correct ????
hehehe…

Gramma seems to have it captured pretty well…

I wish the weather would get better so I could get out in the studio and get all the hardware for the repro system/setup up-and-running…
These winters are just too long over here…
I’ve got heating in the studio…
BUT…

Do you know how much power it requires to keep that place warm, up here ????

Way too much…
IMO…

The forcast calls for more snow … It’s on it’s way up the coast from Georgia and the Carolina’s…
We are gonna get it tomorrow, so they say…
We’ll see…

Bill…

Cool. I grabbed a lot of stuff. :agree:

this is quite handy for a quick check on new plugs, maybe for machines other than your main daw.

Thanks TonyR…

:agree:

I stuck that link in the VSTi Folder…

If only I fully underdtood the potential that is in those files and pages…

Bill…

Unzip 'em Bill. ‘Plug Fun’. The app is the new jelly bean:-)

that sax is cool, and their melotron is very very good. :agree:

Ooh! Didn’t spot the Tron. Cheers TomS. And nice work with FAWM.

I believe I have that melotron, or one from somewhere…

I think we have been spared some bad weather… yet again… The wind blew all night… Big Time… We’ll see how the day goes…

Bill…

the sax is really, really cool. really real, if you don’t push it too hard. neat.

Tell me. It’s stunning! I can’t stop playing with it - I’ve got an alto but this sounds better than it;-) Can you hear a dodgy loop @Ab3 though?
TomS. I can’t remember where I found it so can’t find that Melotron?
???

Hi TonyR:

The link to it is up here on this Board…
You posted it…
It wasn’t too far back…
I know the link is up here…

I went looking for the link on one of my drives…
Guess what????

I can’t find the folder…
I know I have it…

Same thing happened here when I had too much sax. :O

Anyone able to locate the VibraphoneTS.dll ?

Windows Vista 32-bit coughed and spit here, as well…
I had to reinstall the M-audio 192 drivers this morning…
Windows also reported that SP-1 needed to be reinstalled…
It went to the download center and proceeded to download the file…
It then began to install the file and it sit on it for several minutes and then reported that SP-1 Vista 32-bit was already installed…
then rebooted…
I then did a full scan with Norton 360 while I went to the market…
When I returned, Norton reported the scan was complete with no virus and all…
I don’t know what gives… ????
