I have a track that after listening to it i want to get rid of the ending and have the part before that loop in a seemless repeating way that i fill then fade out. How is this achieved? Thanks for any help
Hi John, thanks for the message. If I’m understanding correctly you’re asking how to splice a longer track, delete the end part, then loop the remaining section and then use an envelope to fade out the repeating section.
Here’s how to do it if so.
-
Split (splice) an existing audio track. Long press on an audio part, line up the playback cursor and select ‘Splice’ from the edit menu. See manual for more detail: User Guide | n-Track Studio
-
Use the loop widget to loop the desired section of your audio. It’s the lower right widget on the audio part, otherwise see widgets info here: User Guide | n-Track Studio
-
Use a volume envelope to make the fade out as you wish. This section of the manual shows you how: User Guide | n-Track Studio
Let me know if anything else needed.
Best,
Matt
