Error Intializing MME Buffers

How to Intialize MME Buffers

I have a Lenovo L460 with ntrack 3.3 loaded onto it.
Whenever I hit “record” or “play”, an error pops up saying “ERROR INITILIZING MME BUFFERS”.
Can someone tell me how to do this please?
The only recording audio device listed is 1 - MME: Wave Mapper

I have been using n for years but I recently loaded it onto a laptop and want to use it instead my old Dell desktop.

Thank you!
M

What operating system are you using? Did that change when you changed computers?

You can access the buffere setting under the Preferences or it may be called Sertting. Version 3.3 was built for XP.

Perhaps that’s my issue. This new laptop is running windows 10.
I’ve also purchased ntrack 6, does that work with windows 10?

Not sure, try running it in compatibility mode for earlier operating systems. Windows 10 is a big change. Window 7 or earlier should work, but you may have to set for XP.

Thank you for these replies.
