There are many many MIDI controllers. Keyboards, pads, keyboards with pads (buttons), knobs, and sliders, pedals, wind controllers, and forms. Probably every electronic keyboard these days has a MIDI connection. They are available at every price point, from $50 to several thousand dollars.
