This forum needs one!
I just paid to get the full version of N track and have been really happy with it as it is absolute value for money for all the features it has. When you compare this to the big name software for which you
pay hundreds of dollars for this is an awesome software so well done Flavio. I have trialled quite a few programs and I reckon this program kicks butt seriously.
What would be useful is a FAQ section where basic operating Q & A could be posted. This would stop the same questions being asked over and over by newbies like me that tends to annoy experienced N track users. This way you can do as on many other forums and direct people to read the FAQ first.
Maybe a simple “Getting started recording” post could be there so novices can get going and learning the basics correctly before they start doing the really technical stuff which the software is capable of.
Any thoughts or ideas from folks out there.
BTW I am enjoying my Line 6 Toneport GX an awesome interface tool. My acoustic sounds very natural plugged thru it. All sounds from clean to mean are available as well for the electric guitar.
Well, there is a FAQ section on this site. The first section of the manual will walk you through the major features of the program.
As to you suggestion, I guess a “pasted” forum post might cover some of the most often asked questions, but someone would have to be in charge of setting that up and it might be a greater help when version 6 comes out as that may have more changes. There is also a “Wiki” page that has been started, but it doesn’t look much used to me - I can’t determine exactly how it works myself, but then I have not found the need. Anyhow, check the manual and then use the search features of the forum - there are a great many folks here that are happy to help. Welcome to Ntrack. You will enjoy it!

It needs a direct link from the top of the page. That would be very helpful for new users to acess information. Flavio is that possible to put a direct link to the wiki?
I’ve added an “n-Track FAQ” tab in the main forum navigation tabs area. Hopefully is visible enough.
