Files folder unable to view ntrack studio 8 pro folder on android

Hi,

I’ve been trying to split 2 x 1 hour long audio tracks from a show I’m working on into separate, individual smaller tracks.

I’ve spliced the audio and moved to separate tracks, and I’ve been trying to bounce the audio down, but whenever I do, I can’t access any of the files.

The only Ntrack folder I can find is in the following directory on my phone:

Android-data-ntrack.studio.eight.pro

However whenever I try to open this folder it gives an “access denied” message on the Open Explorer app, and doesn’t even load on the Google Files app.

I’m using a Motorola G75 5G with the latest firmware.

Any help to allow me access to this folder or allowing me to change the save file path and directory (aside from switching from SD card to Internal Memory, which I’ve tried and still doesn’t work) would be massively appreciated!

Thank you

Recent versions of Android no longer allow apps to write into public storage folders. Please see this FAQ on how to access the song files.
In practice when you need to export a file you can use the Share button → Export Song → Select the Share tab, tap Share and then select the app to share with. If you need to export a specific track, you can solo it before pressing the Share button.
Or you can select the “Export each track as a separate .wav file”, which will create a .zip file with all the song “stems” wavs for each track.

Flavio.
