I am getting pops during recording even though I am not clipping. I am using samsontech C01U USB Microphone. When I switch from WDM to MME, i don’t seem to get them as much, however, isn’t WDM much better?
I take that back, it even happens with MME driver. However, it doesn’t happen with regular sound recorder.
It seems to be related to using the driver for the usb mic that is on their page. i wonder if it’s all related to that.
back to default usb driver.
