HELP! My tracks are all corrupt/distorted

Hello forum,

I am using the free subscription of N track on my Mac.

I’d just finished a song and tried it to upload it to SongTree. There was an error uploading it and now that song (all all others) sound awful! Distorted with massive feedback - inaudible in fact.

Please help! What do I need to do?
