Chinese mp3 songs cannot be loaded in the Chinese Windows 11 system, and the file name must be changed to an English name. MP3 songs can be loaded into Chinese Android phones, but the file names will become garbled.
Thanks for reporting the issues. They will be both be fixed in version 10.2.1. For Windows version 10.2.1 Beta (i.e. preview) is already available on the website download page. The corresponding Android update should be available in a couple of weeks.
