interface to plug a delta 1010 into that will allow you to use all the inputs and give phantom power and the like?

Have you considered a small mixer? I can’t recommend any in particular, but I’ve seen some that are rack mounted…

I use the Behringer ADA8000- just run the ADAT out back into the ADAT in and you have 8 channels of analogue outputs to run into your 1010. I know, it’s two extra conversions, but I’ve done audio tests without and I personally can’t hear the difference. Only about $200. I plan on picking another one up for 16 channels on my Layla.
